Marketing at Matsmart
A curious & high-performing team across all our countries & hubs with main residence in Stockholm. Our knowledge ranges from corporate communication to impact, social media, SEM, customer insight, CRM, graphic design, customer service, brand building and more; all powered by data, while optimizing for KPIs such as brand awareness, consideration, customer acquisition and retention.
What you’ll do as Head of Marketing
Working as an integral part of the team, you’ll be responsible for developing best-in-class marketing strategies to engage and delight our customers, driving customer acquisition, growth and retention. You will develop the marketing and communication strategy to ensure it supports the Nordics (Sweden, Finland and Denmark) business objectives and achieving growth KPI targets. You’ll be executing the strategies together with your team, the global performance marketing team and the global brand and creative team. You will report to the Regional Director.
You will manage the nordics marketing team of three Marketing Operations Managers.
- You will be responsible for setting and implementing the marketing strategy for the Nordic region, including but not limited to:
Total marketing budget, both brand and performance.
Measure, evaluate and report on key performance metrics across all campaigns.
Drive performance channels through our global performance marketing team.
Drive brand strategy together with our global brand and creative team.
Execute offline media campaigns such as OOH.
Collaborate with agencies on initiatives to build awareness, such as influencers, media partners, events and press.
Drive content strategy and localized tone for our brand to drive high engagement and retention.
You are responsible for making sure global and local teams work together.
You will be part of the nordics management team.
To be successful, we believe you need
At least five years of B2C e-commerce marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth & customer-centric business
To be an inspirational leader, with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships, with a few years of managerial experience
A strong digital marketing background, creating and executing successful media campaigns
Experience from planning and executing multi-channel media plans including knowledge of external media-buying
Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
To be a hands-on strategic thinker, with the ability to add structure to a strategy with excellence in execution
To be a strong collaborator and communicator working in English in an international environment, but also fluent in Swedish.
