Food waste hack: make it taste, not waste! Almost everything can be used for a nice bouillon! So save your "food waste" in the freezer next time, and when you have stocked up, use it for a bouillon! My freezer is full om shrimp-shells at this very moment, later this week, i'm gonna use it for a nice bouillabaisse!
