We really appreciate candidates taking the time and making the effort to write a cover letter! But cover letters aren’t required in applications as we only need your CV for the first screening. So if you haven't written a cover letter, don't worry, it won't lessen your chances of making it to the next stage!

We believe that flexibility and freedom drive performance. We also believe that we create great things when working together, and that meeting in person fuels our team spirit, well-being and creativity.
Therefore, we have a hybrid model that encourages both office work and remote work, depending on role, assignments, team and business needs. On average, this means we spend about 50% of our time together at the office.
Working from home is not possible for roles in our warehouse.

Our company language is English, so for our office roles you need to be comfortable working in English. For some roles, other languages such as Swedish or German may be required. If a role requires certain language skills, they will be listed in the job ad.
