Um unser weiteres Wachstum zu unterstützen, suchen wir jetzt einen Inbound & Purchase Coordinator, der/die Teil unserer spannenden Reise sein möchte und eine wichtige Rolle dabei spielt, Überbestände für unsere Kunden zugänglich zu machen!

Deine Aufgaben als Inbound & Purchase Coordinator

• Sicherstellen eines stabilen und reibungslosen Warenflusses vom Lieferanten bis ins Lager

• Überwachung der pünktlichen und qualitätsgerechten Anlieferung von Waren

• Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen Logistik und Einkauf

• Hauptansprechpartner/in für unsere Lieferanten und Logistikunternehmen sowie Koordination der eingehenden Lieferungen

• Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Partnern und Lieferanten

• Proaktive Prozessverbesserung zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität

• Lösung von Problemen im Wareneingang

• Koordination der Kommunikation zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern

Dein Profil

• 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder operatives Geschäft

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder Supply Chain Management

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse

To support further growth, Matsmart is now looking for an Inbound & Purchase coordinator who wants to be a part of our exciting journey and play an important role in making overstock accessible for our customers!

As an Inbound coordinator you tie together Purchasing with the Warehouse and make sure goods are delivered on time and in the right quality to be available for our customers.

What you’ll do as Purchase Order & Inbound Coordinator

• Ensure a stable and smooth flow of goods from Supplier to Warehouse

• Ensure Supplier deliveries are in time to Warehouse and that the deliveries meet quality expectations

• Cross-function between Logistics & Purchasing departments

• Point of Contact (POC) for our supplier & delivery companies as well as coordinating incoming deliveries

• Building and fostering strong relationships and networks with partners & suppliers

• Proactively improving processes to improve output and quality

• Troubleshoot inbound issues as they arise

• Coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  

To be successful in this role, we believe you need

• 1-2 years experience in supply chain management, operations or logistic

• Higher education and/or professional training in operations, supply chain management or a related business field

• Excellent communication skills in German (both verbal and written), comfortable working in English

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during peak periods.

• Hands-on mentality with a flexible and proactive approach; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
