We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our Global CRM Team. In this role, you will develop and implement CRM strategies that boost customer engagement and loyalty. Acting as a key link between merchandising, product, and marketing teams, you will ensure alignment across CRM initiatives. Positioned at the crossroads of sales and technology, this role is highly collaborative and requires a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
What you’ll do 💪

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns using Braze, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages, to engage with customers effectively.

Enhance and refine customer lifecycle communication strategies to foster stronger customer relationships and drive loyalty.

Evaluate and optimize campaign performance through data analysis, leveraging insights to improve messaging, channel effectiveness, and targeting to boost conversion rates.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product, Data, Marketing, and Commercial—to align CRM strategies with company objectives and deliver tailored customer experiences.
To be successful in this role, we believe you need 💼
- Relevant experience: 3+ years in CRM, familiarity with Braze, background in e-commerce or B2C marketing.
- Commercial mindset: Understanding of email/app KPIs and business metrics like margin, AOV, and conversion rates.
- Analytical skills: Data-driven, with the ability to analyze outcomes, optimize campaigns, and balance insights with customer focus.
- Collaboration: Ability to align automation strategies across sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Innovation: Confidence to grow CRM channels as sales and reactivation tools, while embracing new ideas.
- Attention to detail: A passion for testing, optimizing, and managing complex automations and flows.

Language and writing: Fluency in English with strong copywriting skills; Swedish, German, Finnish, or Danish is a plus.
