As a Marketing Manager your main responsibility is to bring in as much high convertible traffic to as possible. You will be responsible for planning and executing on local marketing channels according to your market´s budget.

Your main work tasks will be:

  • Leading everyday marketing operation on the German market.
  • Together with the central HQ marketing team; Design, develop and execute integrated commercial marketing and brand plan to deliver on strategy and KPI.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders such as the central HQ Motatos marketing team in Stockholm, agencies (both local and based in Sweden), media-advisors, media-partners, local influencers etc.
  • Execute all B2C marketing activities such as Performance Marketing, Offline Media, Influencers & Affiliate, Social Media etc. 
  • Own and secure the Motatos brand tone of voice across media channels, with special focus on creating high engagement both on earned and owned channels.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders such as the central HQ Motatos marketing team in Stockholm, agencies (both local and based in Sweden), media-advisors, media-partners, local influencers etc.

Experience & Requirements

  • Strong digital background, with a proven record creating and executing successful media campaigns, preferably social media, email marketing etc
  • 3-5 years of B2C e-commerce experience, preferably both marketing and sales mixed, in a fast-paced, high-growth & customer-centric business
  • Native in German and fluent in English (spoken & written)
