We are now looking for a Group Reporting and Consolidation Specialist to strengthen the Finance management team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up processes and routines and work hands-on to deliver a world-class group consolidation and reporting structure. You will be reporting to the CFO, but work closely with Head of Group Accounting and Head of Group Controlling. 

What you’ll do ⭐️

As Group reporting and consolidation Specialist you will set up new routines, implement necessary tools and consolidate on a monthly basis. You will also take an active part in improving how we report to different stakeholders on a regular basis, such as board- and investor reports and annual group report, as well as internally in the Management Accounts.  

• Do the monthly consolidation covering P&L, BS and CF. 

• Assess and implement a consolidation system, most likely Netsuite which will be the Global ERP system. 

• Take part in and actively improve reporting to the board, investors and to internal stakeholders. 

• Develop the group reporting structure, together with the Data team, in Power BI, which is our internal analysis tool.

• Lead the group audit

• Support Group Accounting with conversion to IFRS within the next year. 

• Support in IFRS related accounting matters 

• Work closely with CFO, Head of Group Accounting and Head of Group Controlling to set up processes, routines and internal controls

To be successful, we believe you need 💼

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Group Accounting and Consolidation, with IFRS as accounting standard. 

• A strong passion for numbers and reporting 

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Full proficiency in written and spoken English

To be successful in this role we believe you enjoy getting deep into the numbers while at the same time having the ability to have a high-level overview. You are keen on communicating numbers and performance in an understandable way, both orally and in presentations/reports. You are a team player but at times you enjoy working independently and can be flexible in terms of peaks- and lows, given the nature of this role. Deadlines are of uttermost importance to you and every task you handle is completed to the best of your ability. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you need to find many of the answers yourself.
