What you’ll do
As a IT Helpdesk technician at Matsmart/Motatos, you will be part of driving a positive change, fighting food waste, and reducing our climate footprint. ♻️ Since we are building our internal IT function to handle growth in all areas, we offer you an exciting role filled with responsibility and variety and you will have an big impact on how internal IT develops. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Deploy new computers, keeping them up to date, secure being and awesome to use.
Onboarding new employees and making sure they get off to a good start.
Solve challenges for end-users.
Participate in projects and lead smaller projects
Continuously look to improve IT and security processes - automatic is good.
Learn and collaborate cross functionality.
Contribute to building a secure and effective environment
Our humble expectations - we see that you have experience in the following areas
Have professional experience within Helpdesk.
Have experience of device management for Windows and Mac such Microsoft Intune
Have some experience in working with security products for users and devices, such as EDR
Have an understanding of semantic and experience of cloud technologies, such as Google Workspace, Azure, Microsoft 365
