In this role you have full ownership of global customer service operations, including guiding the inhouse team and the outsourced partner. The role involves being the leading force behind customer service development, and you will be the important link between customers and the rest of the company.

Job duties

  • Leadership role in customer service management
  • Being the customers voice across the organization, and communicating the customers' needs within the organization
  • Set requirements in the organization based on customer data and response, against areas such as tech and logistics
  • Cross-functional communication on many levels including with the customer service partner and Matsmart-Motatos
  • Responsible for developing data-driven reporting in cross-functional forums

We are looking for

  • A completed high school education
  • A few years of work experience with global customer service in a D2C company.
  • Work experience with customer service within e-commerce
  • Significant experience in a leading role within above mentioned areas, including experience of developing routines and procedures
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness, business-understanding and knowledge of digital customer behavior
  • Full proficiency in English in spoken and written format

Meritorious qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in a Nordic language and/or German

You have a strong character and can successfully manage and delegate through positive communication. Ability to build great relationships with customers and members of the organizations is a perquisite to succeeding in this role.
